Start with Hobbyist if:

Upgrading Your Plan
Upgrading is instant. Go to Settings → Subscription, choose your new plan, and you're upgraded immediately.
Billing:
- If you're on a free plan, you'll be charged right away
- If you're upgrading from Collector to Enthusiast, you'll be charged a pro-rated amount for the rest of your billing period
- Your new limits and features activate instantly
Downgrading Your Plan
Downgrading happens at the end of your current billing period.
What Happens:
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Choose a lower tier
- Confirm the change
- You keep your current features until your billing period ends
- On renewal, you're moved to the lower tier
If You're Over the Limit:
- Items: Existing items remain, but you can't add new ones until you're under the limit
- Listings: Active listings stay live, but you can't create new ones
- You can manually reduce your count or upgrade again

The plan you choose affects how much you pay when selling items:

Discount Codes
RTC Collector supports promotional discount codes that can be applied during checkout:
- During subscription checkout, look for the Discount Code field
- Enter your code and click Apply
- The discount is reflected in the total before payment
- Codes may offer percentage discounts or fixed amounts
- Some codes have expiration dates or usage limits
Discount codes can be found through promotions, community events, or partnership offers.

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Cancel anytime with no questions asked.

Questions?
Common Questions:
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing? Yes. You can switch at any time. If switching from monthly to annual, you'll be charged the annual rate immediately. If switching from annual to monthly, the change takes effect when your annual period ends.
What happens to my data if I downgrade? Your data is never deleted. If you exceed the limits of your new plan, you won't be able to add new items/listings until you're under the limit, but existing data remains intact.
Can I get a refund if I downgrade? No refunds for downgrades, but you keep your current plan features until the end of your billing period.
Are there family or multi-user plans? Not yet, but it's on the roadmap. For now, each user needs their own account.
Can I pause my subscription? Not currently, but you can cancel and re-subscribe later. Your data is preserved for 90 days after cancellation.
