Managing Your Subscriptionβ

Upgrading Your Planβ
Head to Settings > Subscription, pick a plan, confirm your payment details, and you're upgraded immediately.
Downgrading Your Planβ
Same processβgo to Settings > Subscription and select a lower tier. The change happens at the end of your current billing period, so you keep the higher tier features until then.
Canceling Your Subscriptionβ
Click "Cancel Subscription" in Settings > Subscription. We'll ask for feedback (optional), then you confirm. You keep access until your current billing period ends.

- Digital Wallets - Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Bank Transfers - ACH (US only)
Securityβ
Payments go through Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. We don't store any card data on our servers, and Stripe supports 3D Secure authentication.
Billing Cyclesβ
Monthly plans bill on the same day each month. Annual billing saves you 17% (Collector: Β£50/year, Enthusiast: Β£150/year).
Marketplace Paymentsβ
For Sellersβ
If you want to sell items, you need to set up Stripe Connect. Go through the onboarding process, verify your identity, add your bank account, and you can start receiving payouts.
For Buyersβ
When you buy something, checkout happens through Stripe. You can use multiple payment methods, and all transactions are logged in your account.
